“When I first became introduced to City Wide and they talked about the ripple and their mission to impact people’s lives, it really sounded good.” Romero stated. “Then, when I became a franchisee I saw that ripple, and efforts to create it really come into action. It wasn’t just lip service, but a mission practiced by the entire team–from the top down–daily.” The ripple effect is something that is deeply ingrained in the company culture at City Wide.

One way City Wide spreads a ripple is through partnering with Independent Contractors. “Because of City Wide, (Independent Contractors) are able to get contracts and into buildings they wouldn’t have been able to serve on their own. City Wide opens doors for them as part of our ripple,” Romero says. “It’s exciting to see our Independent Contractors, who provide the services, be successful and grow their business.”

City Wide’s commitment to creating a ripple effect also extends beyond daily operations through various volunteering and fundraising events. This was particularly evident at this year’s annual Convention, where City Wide came together to raise over $500,000 for the LiFT foundation.
