City Wide Opens New Territory Serving Wichita

City Wide, the nation’s premier building maintenance management company, announced today it has grown and opened a new office serving commercial properties throughout Wichita and the surrounding communities.

Located at 239 N. Ohio in Wichita, local building owners and property management companies will now have access to a single-source solution for all of their building maintenance needs. Troy and Mitchell Wayman own and operate the new Wichita location, which opened for business the first week of October.

“City Wide is second to none in the building maintenance management industry,”

said Troy. “The demand is high and there is no other company in the market offering more than 20 building maintenance solutions and one point of contact. Beyond that, City Wide eases the amount of time and energy spent managing vendors, fielding service calls, and negotiating rates.”

City Wide has made a name for itself in major U.S. cities by streamlining commercial facilities and maintenance management of more than 20 services through a collection of service providers and alliance partners, including floor care, window washing, janitorial supplies, parking lot maintenance, and several others. Taking the onus from building owners and property management companies that typically have to choose separate companies for each task, City Wide eases the selection and management processes for its clients.

“We are thrilled to be able to take the stress off commercial property owners and management companies in the area,” added Mitchell. “If our expertise in the industry can make their job easier by ensuring results go above and beyond their expectations, at prices within their budget, then we have done our job successfully.”

The Waymans come to City Wide with a diverse collection of business management experience and skills. Troy started and managed two companies, Wayman Oil Distributors, Inc. and Pro Carwash Systems, Inc.  He has been self-employed for 28 out of the 30 years of his career. Troy’s son, Mitchell has been a practicing electrician and has a sound understanding of the building maintenance industry. Mitchell has watched his dad successfully grow and manage two businesses, and now together they will leverage their extensive experience in business ownership, operations, and management to drive growth for the new Wichita office.

Beyond the loyalty it builds with clients, City Wide plays an important role within the local economies it serves by putting business back into the community. Smaller, independent, and locally owned maintenance companies pair up with City Wide, benefitting from the professional demeanor City Wide brings to the table with its clients.

I fell in love with the Home Office team. I believed in the concept of the model. I loved the team’s professionalism, enthusiasm, integrity, ethics and, most importantly, family values. When we left [Discover Day] I was scared we would not be selected. We were so excited when we got the call that we had been. It has been the best decision we have ever made for our family.
