City Wide Franchise Named World Class Franchise by the Franchise Research Institute for Second Year

Lincoln, NE – City Wide Maintenance Franchise Co. has received World-Class Franchise® certification from the Franchise Research Institute® and FranSurvey®.

The recognition comes after an independent survey conducted by the Franchise Research Institute of which 89.3 percent of City Wide Maintenance franchisees participated. The survey was designed to determine the level of franchisee satisfaction within the City Wide Maintenance franchise system.

“Understanding the importance of knowing what a franchisee thinks, through confidential surveys, is vital to building successful franchise brands,” said Jeff Johnson, founder and CEO of the Franchise Research Institute. “City Wide Maintenance relied on unbiased, third-party research as the most accurate way to obtain honest feedback from their franchisees, allowing them to identify what is and is not working within their system.”

The survey asked City Wide Maintenance franchise owners to rate their franchisor through a series of questions in categories including: overall growth potential, quality, support and communication.

Among the most notable responses received from City Wide Maintenance franchisees:

    • 100 percent of franchisees would recommend this franchise to a prospective franchisee.
  • 100 percent of franchisees gave a positive grade to the ongoing training and support supplied by the Franchisor.
  • 100 percent gave a positive grade to the long term growth potential for the franchise business.
  • 100 percent of the franchisees gave a positive rating to the helpfulness and communication between fellow franchisees.

“High franchisee satisfaction is the best indicator that your franchise future will be a success.  City Wide understands this concept and works diligently to improve their new and existing franchisees with their willingness to support their every need,” said Johnson.

“Our support team works hard every day to increase innovation and help each location maximize their efforts to become successful,” said Jeff Oddo, president and owner of City Wide Maintenance. “We are honored that our franchisees continue to give us outstanding reviews year after year.”

I fell in love with the Home Office team. I believed in the concept of the model. I loved the team’s professionalism, enthusiasm, integrity, ethics and, most importantly, family values. When we left [Discover Day] I was scared we would not be selected. We were so excited when we got the call that we had been. It has been the best decision we have ever made for our family.
