City Wide Franchise Named World Class Franchise by the Franchise Research Institute for Second Year

Lincoln, NE – City Wide Maintenance Franchise Co. has received World-Class Franchise® certification from the Franchise Research Institute® and FranSurvey®.

The recognition comes after an independent survey conducted by the Franchise Research Institute of which 89.3 percent of City Wide Maintenance franchisees participated. The survey was designed to determine the level of franchisee satisfaction within the City Wide Maintenance franchise system.

“Understanding the importance of knowing what a franchisee thinks, through confidential surveys, is vital to building successful franchise brands,” said Jeff Johnson, founder and CEO of the Franchise Research Institute. “City Wide Maintenance relied on unbiased, third-party research as the most accurate way to obtain honest feedback from their franchisees, allowing them to identify what is and is not working within their system.”

The survey asked City Wide Maintenance franchise owners to rate their franchisor through a series of questions in categories including: overall growth potential, quality, support and communication.

Among the most notable responses received from City Wide Maintenance franchisees:

    • 100 percent of franchisees would recommend this franchise to a prospective franchisee.
  • 100 percent of franchisees gave a positive grade to the ongoing training and support supplied by the Franchisor.
  • 100 percent gave a positive grade to the long term growth potential for the franchise business.
  • 100 percent of the franchisees gave a positive rating to the helpfulness and communication between fellow franchisees.
