Capital Investment

Along with an intial franchise fee, you will also need working capital or a secured line of credit for start-up costs and business operating expenses.

In most cases, for around $150,000 total cash invested (assuming a portion of the franchise fee is financed), a new franchisee can secure the rights to an exclusive major market or city and have immediate access to a business model based on fifty years of industry experience.

Financing is available through City Wide Franchise for qualified candidates. As with most franchises, there is an ongoing monthly royalty paid by each franchisee of 5% as a percent of gross revenue.

“ My City Wide Account Manager is the first person I call whenever I have a problem in any of the 4 facilities I’m responsible for.

I’ll never go back to managing multiple vendors on my own.  Why would I?  With City Wide, I’m confident each of my buildings across the metro is consistent with my expectations.  That’s very important to me, my customers, my tenants and my employees.”
